I found this from a Chinese website and translated it for you and some from English website. Not sure if it helps.

Drink plenty of water every day and eat vitamins, fruits, prunes
To be self-confidence and diverse your attention to other excitement instead of concentrating on the UTI problem
Do not let yourself tired - must get enough sleep.
Urinate when you feel the need; don't resist the urge to urinate.
Wash or Wipe from front to back to prevent bacteria around the anus from entering the vagina or urethra.
Take showers instead of tub baths.
Cleanse the genital area before sexual intercourse.
Avoid using feminine hygiene sprays and scented douches, which may irritate the urethra.
Some doctors suggest drinking cranberry juice.
