There are 3 meridian points in our pulse, Cun, Guan, Chi. They are lined in this order from the outer top (from the palm) of our wrist.

To diagnose a patient's medical affliction, we can take pulse reading for both the left and right hand and they represent different part of the body:

Left Cun :Heart
Left Guan:Gall, Liver
Left Chi:Kidney, Bladder
Right Cun: Lungs, Chest
Right Guan: Spleen, Stomach
Right Chi: Ming Men point of kidney, Big Intestine
