What are the differences betwen wak and strong DMs?
Is weak DM less energetic or lazier han strong DM?

Something along this line.  Weak DMs are generally also less confident and less opinionated.

so,gaining self confidence should be the trick for weak DM. I thought having a good job would give me self confidence but it didnt,not much
