Need some advise on relationship and career movement of the following two parties for 2010 pls

Gal A: 14 June 1989 between 3 and 4pm
Guy B: 9 Sept 1978, between 11am and 12 noon

Guy B Chart:

庚 甲 辛 戊

What kind of business is this Guy B with currently? Next year 2010 will have people challenging him. His HO sees DO is not a good configuration for him to work for people. If he is doing own business, he also having the problem on his products/services - some sort like shortage of stocks, product faulty, etc. At the same time, he is in confused thought - 7K and DO flanking on the Day Master. Externally, he acted very righteous and internally he acted vigorously. Jia Xu is not good in making money as it seated on the rocky mountain (Xu) which the Jia is unable to control it very well - it's too hard.

In this case, he is advisable to train himself to think in one way only. Since, 7k Geng Metal is the element that actually chops Wood, he is at good of activating the 7k vigorously act. Moreover, Jia Xu people is hard to comply.

In terms of relationship, he will have more than 2 relationships, at least.

It is late now and I will continue reading for the Gal A later. Or any samaritan would like to assist?

He is a marketing manager for electronic products. There might be chances he will be posted overseas in 2010. I'm not sure about the 7K, Geng Metal part.. can you kindly explain more?
