new house

Hi Master Ken,
  I have 2 questions, hope you could advise.

1. If I got a new house and want to rent it out for a while, should I audit the fengshui for the house? But I will have to do at least the kitchen cabinet and painting. I am only planning to move in next year.

2. Last month, for some reason (Honestly, I dunno why also) I went in to a shop in tiong bahru and have my "ba zhi" read. think the guy was telling me only cost me like 50+ so ok.. then after reading they told me that my career is not good this year and my health also have to look out and also my relationship have to watch out. WAH.. make me worry man. THEN comes the selling part. Ask me to buy 3 ornaments (monkey, rat and dragon) and have my bazhi put under them for blessing. EACH ornament cost 1000+.. this is really too much, anyway, told him I will consider and come back.

Now a bit of incident only makes me reflects to what the master had said. Is there any way to avoid those from happening beside spending more than 4K for those ornaments?

For point 2 did he said which element is causing the problem? Why need monkey, rat and dragon to protect you? Prayers is consider fire QI and is free if you know how to tap it from the universe

She didnt tell me which element, all she did was print out a diagram of the "bazhi" using my birthdates and then start tell me.

Well, basically what she told me was as follow :

1. your health situation will be bad for this year.
2. you will have major problem with your career
3. you will have big problems with your wife.

above 3 is bad enough to set me thinking and worry. any kind soul can help/assist? or maybe re-analysis my bazhi to see if it's really that bad. Many thanks

To reply your coment, I dont stay with my mother, she's not staying in the same country as me also. As for born, rich, (I wished) I dont think so, but maybe just middle maybe. Not rich and also not poor but enough.

Spending habit, I do have some unpredictable spending in times.

What can you tell me about me from my bazhi? is it really that bad as what the other master had told me from the shop?

Your principle in life might be as long as your big intrest is not affected you are willing to compromise to accommodate
others.

This year geng/yin I see this as a trust & betrayal issue with your wife and this has been going on for quite sometime. This year is time to settle whatever trust issue you both have been hidding in your mind.
