Hi Changfra,
1. If I got a new house and want to rent it out for a while, should I audit the fengshui for the house? But I will have to do at least the kitchen cabinet and painting. I am only planning to move in next year.
If you have budget, do it first because at the renovation stage everything is easier to rectify. After everything is fixed, by then it is harder to do Fengshui changes.
2. Last month, for some reason (Honestly, I dunno why also) I went in to a shop in tiong bahru and have my "ba zhi" read. think the guy was telling me only cost me like 50+ so ok.. then after reading they told me that my career is not good this year and my health also have to look out and also my relationship have to watch out. WAH.. make me worry man. THEN comes the selling part. Ask me to buy 3 ornaments (monkey, rat and dragon) and have my bazhi put under them for blessing. EACH ornament cost 1000+.. this is really too much, anyway, told him I will consider and come back.
I know this shop and their modus operandi. They usually bait customer with low price for reading their destiny but recover through pushing expensive ornament to customers. Even if you had a good chart or running through good luck, you can be sure they will still find some ornament to recommend you to buy.
Now a bit of incident only makes me reflects to what the master had said. Is there any way to avoid those from happening beside spending more than 4K for those ornaments?
Sure there is. The solution could lie in yourself or economical solutions that do not cost 10% of the ornaments they are asking you to buy.
