how do we identfy that a person will enter into legal/lawsuit with BaZi

Doubts in BaZi
Can any one explain me how to identfy
1) that a person will get into legal/lawsuits.
2) Will that person pass in exams
3) Will have a minimum education, 10th class, graduation , PG  and so on
4) if any element is absent in the BaZi chart- what is that he/she does't have.
5) what is the element that represent artist ( drawing and painting)

 Thank you for responding me.. I was not able to understand completly..., 
The date of birth Husband- 17 Feb 1971,time not know, male,India
                               Wife - 2 July 1979, Time not known, Female, India..... the husband is fighting for divorce from 2008, and the wife has filled a case on husbands family and fighting for money... I can understand it is hard when the time is not know, that is the reason I am looking at the childrens date of birth to know hat will happen to their parents...  This is the case of my brother...
                    The children's date of birth
1st child born on 19-Dec-2000, Time- 10.21 AM, Male, India
2nd  Child born on 20-Sep-2005, Time- 9.21AM , Male , India

I request you to what are the 10 gods that has taken in between the charts and the children to find out the answeres...

I said most likely have Yi Wood but I did not say it is the only prerequisite.  It is like saying, if you suffer from balding, you are most likely a guy.  Yet there are also ladies that suffer from balding.  So you cannot prove that the first statement is wrong.

That you have a talent for drawing would have been more accurately captured in your ZWDS chart.  And this is one of the reason why I say Bazi is more likely to run into blind spots.

Well my output suggests artistic talent plus the Art star. By the way you never looked at my bazi. Can you do now?
