Dear all,

Im new here and have a question...
If for a multi-tenant apartment building, the period is determine by the date of first tenant move-in. How about a terrace houses ?
The whole row of terrace houses is same like a unit ( like an apartment building ) ....

One more doubt, if 2 houses of terrace which was revonated to become 1 ( dining,s room wall removed )
We should consider this as 1 unit or 2 units ?

Thank you for helping

Best,

Hi liew liew,

My consideration will rest on the roof.  Do they have seperate roof or roofs joint together?

For your second question, if they share common roof, they will become 1.  But you can still use small Taiji or Big Taiji depending on which is more relevant for the situation we are looking at.

Hi,

Sure same roof. A row of houses just link together just like a condo. Then should determine the period based on the 1st tenant moved in the row of houses ?

Thks,
