if ding-candle light- works better at night shouldnt it be better to have been born at night regadless of weakness? Whats more important? Strenght of DM or such a factor like canfle being useless during the day

no what i mean is, is ding always better be born at night, even if that makes him even weaker than he already is being born in winter?

I will put it this way - a candle in the night is always more useful, especially to those around him, because they can depend on him.  If he is born in winter, this makes his journey tougher.  Whether it is better or not depends on whose perspective you are taking.  If you are those around him, you will definitely prefer a Ding DM born in the night.

If you are the Ding DM yourself, you probably prefer yourself to be born in summer, even though is at night.
