Dear masters,

I have recently bought a flat which is still building. Had a hard time choosing due to the lack of knowledge in FS..
Am curious to know the FS of the house.. appreciate if you could help me take a look and provide some advice?

HI rosequartz,

Overall a safe choice, although I would have preferred it not to be less crowded out.

Likelihood also you are in more control of the household in future.

Hi Master Ken,

Thanks so much for your reply! really took a load off my chest when you said it's a safe choice Cheesy

Would you mind elaborating on "more control of the household in future"?

Thanks in advance!  Smiley

hi rose quartz
You can address me as ken.

Safe choice is on paper wherever possible I still advocate you hire someone to look at the real physical place.

I guess in future you will have more say or at least more decision of household left to you.

Hi Ken  Grin

Sure i will definitely do it when we get the keys!  Smiley

Being a safe choice on paper is already a good news to hear. Really give me some peace as I'm still battling with myself on the few shortlisted units and what-ifs (even though i know already signed on paper and nothing can be changed already).

Thanks so much! Really appreciate your help!  Cheesy
