I ching interpretation

My chart using destiny stars from maste Yu`s new book contains I Ching verses that can be difficult to interpret. For example directions is one of them
It says:

Life path:
" people who appreciate you are in the southwest mostly
They will help bring you to the capital city".

How would you interpret this?

Hi Slayer,

I am interpreting purely from point of understanding the English more than anything else.  It must when you know of someone from the southwest of your location, mix with them and open your ears, maybe they could give you an opportunity to move to one of the capital city.

The marriage aspect, probably means that late years you will feel better alone?
