Speaking from purely from the perspective of Chinese Metaphysics, imo, i don't think this is possible at all. Afterall, we are talking about the elemental relationships that were established during your time of birth. It is definitely possible with the assistance of the other subjects in Chinese Metaphysics to improve one's luck but not steal it.
If we are speaking from religious superstitions perspective, perhaps it might be possible. Some people even think that a person can place a curse or hex on you if he has your BaZi. How true is this i do not know. From my observations, most Chinese Metaphysics Masters are mostly involved in some form of religion. I once attended a free course preview conducted by a pretty well-known local Master, it left a very poor impression in me. During his presentation he repeatedly injected religious beliefs and teachings inside his presentation contents, giving the audience an impression that Chinese Metaphysics is some form of religious subject.
Given his reputation, it's very easy to mislead the ill-informed public into believing that Chinese Metaphysics is associated with religion. In addition with those half-baked practitioners who tries to earn a fast buck by passing off Chinese Metaphysics as a religious subject. It is no wonder that there are alot of people who have the misconception that Chinese Metaphysics is some form of religion.

i had a fren who realli got some black magic casted on her. it was really bad. she became a bag of bones and no doctors can answer why till she went to this "li ah peh" (Taosim god) who actualli did helped her pass this ordeal. so anyone had a concrete evidence about the "stealing" or "casting" w juz the bazi?? or it is only possible if they noe the person??
