Yes, usually we correspond the position of the mole with the age and aspect and narrow down to the types of problem for the owner of the face to follow.  If we use the 100 year map, it is correct that it shall be aged 70.

In year 2040, it is Geng Shen, luck pillar Wu Xu, making her chart severely imbalanced.  I think it could be health problem.

Looking through my notes, I realized that your mole is at the room of health and room of health also include family, servant, children, living standard and old age. Thus it is good to follow Ken's words to remove that mole and make sure not hole or scars will be left....

Nevermind if you don't understand. Just take down his notes as Hai Pig in a person chart this year means will leave scar after surgery.

If you find someone's chart with Sky Dog Shen Sha means the person will leave scare after surgery at that time.
