erm my brother and girlfriend both have this
my brother on both of his hands have short life lines, tat day he casually asked short life line is it mean tat i will die young
i sort of brush his comment aside , but it still bothers me though.........  Undecided
for my gf i think on her lefthand, she had a broken lifeline, the line starts out and then broke at  roughly  half of its length and then after the brake, a second line continues
she too ask me the same qn, it still bothers me though, we rarely talk abt it

xeno, there are numerous websites that will explain palmistry and the different meanings. Do a search and read up. It's hard to answer your question without seeing the hand in person. Much of what is written can be taken with a grain of salt. You may even find that as one question is answered 5 more pop up.

Hi hi,

I'm not expert, just heard from here and there. This is what I know.

Someone said that if ur life line breaks in the middle but continues after, means that during that period of time that person will be faced with death or life situation. Can be a really bad accident. The worst scenario is, yes, death, but it can also mean that person would get a second chance to live.
You can actually see the period when it's going to happen. Cos the lifeline actually does represent our age and what happens along the way. Then maybe you can try to be extra careful during that period.

Try to stay positive okay Smiley Don't let it scare you. Hope it eases ur mind.

Hi quills

I heard the same thing from my mother who used to learn some from my grandfather. He was a Chinese sinseh that can also a palmistry. Usually a chinese sinseh will come with palmistry knowledge as they believe it is inter-related as well as Face Reading.

Hmm I somehow believe in palmistry.. my mum she had a broken age line.. she had short age line.. she ever tried to keep it connected by using her nails to draw the line.

However, still does not manage to keep it connected. Her age line broke at the mid of her palm.. And she passed away near to age 50. Sad
