I did it for my working place approx 130 of them. It shows me the accuracy of BaZi elements that makes them together.

I am able to see how a person interacting with another. They are running multiple projects at the same time and not all they can get along with.

So, this will tell who can works well with Mr. A and who is not. Who can be the leader for the project and who cannot.

Since, I do not have all their birth time, I am using their DM to analyse only but it tells a lot of things just from the DM itself.

Surprisingly, my company created a lot of couples. They met each other at the workplace and got married.

I do not encourage people that born in the same year or same DM get together. The reason is they will enjoy if that year is good year and suffer bad luck when that year is bad.

For example, if both of you are Geng Metal DM and both born in Goat Year, then in 2009 both of you will suffer from bad luck. If you are having different DM, at least when you are bad luck your spouse can support you.

Another example, if both you divorce and both want to win the custody of your son. I bet your spouse will fight with you due to both of you are same DM and both of your desires are same. Both of you want to win. End up who will be the loser?

If you stand a chance to have their DOB, it is better to check the earthly branches with your earthly branches connection. Based on DM is somewhat general on checking compatibility.

well I am still a newbie so i am not sure I am right, but i checked like you told me to lcly and I think I must be attracted to ren water all the daymaster i pick are earth ji or wu and mostly the rest of their chart is ren, i must like punishment lol and it must mean i like opposite like the name of this thread

Besides looking at the DM and Earthly Branches connection, the Regulating Useful God is also important. For example, if your chart is too hot, you will attracts guys who have the cold chart that needs warmth (from your hot chart).
