阴盛阳哀
 Can anyone give me a more detail explanation on this?it is used in fengshui , so is it a good thing or bad thing?
Who does it benefit or harm?
Any significant meaning?

Hi Makofate,

This means Yin overpowering the Yang.  Conceptually this is correct but factually is not.  This is like the quantification of heat in physics.  In laymen terms we may describe heat vs coldness, when actually there is only heat to talk about.  When heat is lowered, coldness naturally sets in.

Hi Ken,
So I guess your answer is there is no good or bad thing for this,
I guess what really matters is it depends on situation,
sometimes more ying less yang could be prove to be helpful to one scenerio,
and could be harmful to another scenerio.right?

Hi makofate,

Yes, you would have realized whether be it in life or metaphysics, there is a context that ultimately decides if addition of something leads to positve or negative.

eg a Yang house with a Yang design.
